The Human Resources manager will oversee 200+ manufacturing employees and 200+ employees in office supporting functions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ yrs. Union experience with Law/Union Liaison exposure and an advanced HR generalist background.

We are currently seeking a Global Benefits Manager that will report to Vice President of Global Compensation and Benefits. The Global Benefits Manager will be a key member of the HR team who will lead the strategic direction and drive the execution of the company’s global benefits. This person will ensure that all benefit programs are compliant, cost effective, competitive, sustainable, and have a positive impact on attracting and retaining the top talent in the workplace.

The Ideal candidate will have 5+ yrs experience in HR Total Rewards with an extensive background in Benefits and Compensation. Manufacturing industry background is preferred. Strategic mindset with the ability to lead others and drive culture. CEBS, CBP, CCP Preferred.
