Human Resources Manager

The Regional Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) will play a key role in driving key partnerships with the company’s leadership teams based in Europe and Asia. They will be responsible for providing holistic guidance for employees at all levels of the organization and coaching supervisors and management on critical learning and development programs, talent management, recruitment, and other initiatives. They will ensure compliance with all applicable standards, regulations, labor laws, and local customs while collaborating with HR Partners in the U.S., to support the Global HR function.

Essential Functions

  • Providing holistic guidance, support, and development to our employees and supervisors/management in all operational and strategic areas across Europe and Asia
  • Advancing and coaching supervisors/management, on critical employee development programs, talent management, well-being, learning and development, performance reviews, recruitment, restructuring activities, and both Regional and Global HR Programs
  • Use HR data to drive a culture of continuous improvement whilst proactively identifying trends that can improve people and business performance
  • Work with HR Partners in the U.S. to provide strategic and operational HR support to globalized business function
  • Ensure compliance with group standards, regulations, local customs, and labor law provisions and the handling of labor law matters, as well as be the contact person for works council/ union
  • Define and track relevant HR KPIs

  • Knowledge of German labor law
  • Fluent in English

  • Proven professional experience in Human Resources as a Human Resources Manager or Human Resources Business Partner, ideally in an industrial/production company
  • Experience working with works councils and/or unions
  • Ability to embrace, communicate, influence, and lead others through change
  • Demonstrated accountability and critical thinking skills with the ability to drive strategic partnerships
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe
  • Not required but preferred: a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or comparable professional training
