Essential Functions

Personnel management including preparation of Employee Reviews, Senior technical support, and training of junior personnel
Project review, project audits, and tracking sheets
Forecast preparation, tracking, and execution
Ensuring compliance with company, government, OSHA, and other regulations
Timesheet review/approval, Employee expense review/approval
Managing 15‐20 projects with an average billability goal of 50%
Responsible for overall office profitability and efficiency, including managing all financial aspects of the business including profit and loss
Supporting business development efforts including marketing efforts

Bachelor’s Degree in Science (i.e. Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, etc).
10+ Years experience in Environmental Consulting
5+ Years experience in personnel management
Experience interacting with clients and project management
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
A charismatic, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
Experience using Deltek Vision is a plus
