Global Benefits Manager

We are currently seeking a Global Benefits Manager that will report to Vice President of Global Compensation and Benefits. The Global Benefits Manager will be a key member of the HR team who will lead the strategic direction and drive the execution of the company’s global benefits. This person will ensure that all benefit programs are compliant, cost effective, competitive, sustainable, and have a positive impact on attracting and retaining the top talent in the workplace.

Lead Responsibilities
  • Administer medical, wellness, dental, vision, life, AD&D, supplemental life, short-term and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, various voluntary benefits and leave administration.
  • Provide global oversight, strategic direction and have a strong working knowledge of international benefit programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of and analyze government regulations, benefit program trends, and prevailing practices among similar organizations, recommend changes as needed.
  • Lead the domestic annual open enrollment process by recommending program changes and gaining executive approval. Preparing associate communication materials, supporting the design and accuracy of the IT enrollment system and working with carriers on ensuring accurate benefit enrollment.
  • Oversee the management of our benefits vendor relationships, consultant relationships and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication strategies and ensure all benefit programs are fully understood and appropriately valued by associate s.
  • Aid the HR generalists, HR leadership and associates regarding benefits options and questions
  • Work closely with IT and Payroll to design and maintain an accurate associate benefit platform and ensure accurate associate records.
  • Support M&A HR activities for any due diligence and/or integration activities as needed.
  • Provide strategic and administrative support for union negotiations.
  • Work with Corporate Finance to develop, recommend and monitor budget allocations for associate benefits.
  • Provide additional support for policies, associate relations, and other HR areas as assigned.

  • Very competitive salary with generous yearly merit increase. ($100K – $110K) range.
