Recruiting Supervisor
This position is responsible for recruiting plumbing technicians in the LA metropolitan region to serve client’s needs.
We are looking for a highly motivated, quick-learning individual who works well with a team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a pipeline of applicants. The Recruiting Supervisor will work closely with each location’s management team to develop workforce needs and to provide potential candidates while ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations regarding employment practices.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience in a technical trades recruiting role. This position requires periodic evening and weekend work. The role requires in-person work in La Verne, California, with travel in the LA metropolitan region. Salary is based on experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years recruiting technical trades roles
- Strong organizational skills – will need to track pipeline results across multiple departments and channels
- Strong communication skills – will need to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to understand staffing needs and candidate progress
- Ability to build rapport with applicants – will be sourcing candidates in a highly competitive industry
- Ability to work independently – will be entrusted to develop and manage the talent recruitment program themselves
- Spanish speaking ability is preferred

- Assist management in determining staffing needs across the plumbing business
- Develop pipeline of skilled tradesmen through in-person and online recruitment channels
- Manage all aspects of the interview process for incoming candidates from sourcing through start of employment
- Coordinate in-person candidate recruiting events across the LA metropolitan region
- Perform other duties as assigned related to the purpose of the position
