As we scale aggressively across the Americas, we are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Vice President of Sales to drive our commercial expansion

Position Overview

The VP of Sales will lead our go-to-market strategy and execution across North America, Mexico, Canada, and LATAM. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will oversee a multi-channel sales ecosystem—Rep, Distribution, and OEM—and will be accountable for building scalable processes, penetrating new markets, strengthening industry partnerships, and growing revenue across key verticals.

This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader with deep experience in industrial automation, power electronics, and motor control technologies.

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the applied motor control, drives, industrial automation, or power electronics sectors
  • Deep understanding of Rep, Distribution, and OEM sales models, with a successful track record managing complex channel relationships
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales organizations, with a strong focus on new business development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel frequently across North America and LATAM
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Strong relationships with industrial OEMs, automation integrators, and channel partners throughout the Americas
  • Familiarity with regional market dynamics and sales cycles in Latin America
  • Experience working in a mid-sized or rapidly scaling organization with a technical, customer-centric product portfolio

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on market expansion, revenue growth, and customer acquisition across all Americas territories
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization, including direct reports, rep firms, and distribution partners
  • Establish and grow long-term relationships with OEMs, integrators, and strategic accounts in the motion control and industrial automation ecosystem
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure product-market fit and alignment with evolving customer needs
  • Define and track KPIs across territories, including sales performance, channel effectiveness, and pipeline health
  • Identify and close strategic opportunities, including large OEM deals and high-value channel partnerships
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
  • Drive pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and competitive positioning in alignment with corporate objectives
