Primary Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operations excellence. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.
• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management. Ensure that production targets and KPIs are met while maintaining high safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Cost Management: Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Identify opportunities for cost savings and drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans for manufacturing operations in alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality assurance and continuous improvement processes to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
