Vice President of Sales, Americas

The Ideal candidate will have 8+ YOE sales leadership in the Industrial Manufacturing Industry.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve annual bookings, revenue, and margin targets for the Americas region.
  • Protect existing installed base and identify new business opportunities to grow recurring business.
  • Understand risk profile to negotiate terms and conditions and close high-level complex deals ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Sales Talent: Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance and accountability-based culture.
  • Key Account Management: Develop and manage all aspects of client relationships for key strategic accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate insights into sales strategies. Network with industry leaders, experts, and consultants to gather and provide feedback on market trends and dynamics.
  • Recommend target sectors after evaluating market & technology trends, competitive landscape, and product and service offering gaps.

  • Proven experience as a VP / Director of Sales or in a similar leadership role for the Americas region.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • Economic thinker with an ability to internalize big-picture company goals.
  • Ability to travel more than 50% of the time.
