Reports To: VP of Operations
Sr. Project Manager (EPM)
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years Project Manager experience in the Abatement, Remediation and Demolition Services Industry with Industrial or commercial verticals. Proven PM aptitude managing project business and estimating for Industrial and commercial client projects.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A/B.S in related field or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years Abatement and Remediation experience
- Strong current client relationships
- Proactive problem resolution skills
- Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to conduct oneself in a manner that promotes a professional atmosphere and ensure that the interaction with both internal and external customers is an excellent experience.
- Ability to analyze, compare and interpret detailed information

- Solid financial modeling skills
- Understand the practical applications of revenue recognition in a construction environment
- Assist in the resolution of customer disputes as they arise
- Review and approve accounts payable invoices daily
- Monitor all expenses for business purpose and validity

Lead Responsibilities
- Management of operational team’s functions
- Oversee entire PM process from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients and industry consultants
- Ensure the safe keeping of assets
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Prepare reports to ownership as necessary
- Manage workload, staffing, and equipment utilization
- Monitor and understand revenue recognition
- Assist operations in understanding the financial impacts of production costs
- Communicate effectively with peers, staff and ownership
