Sr. Sales Analyst

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years Sales Analytics experience in the Environmental Services or related industry. Data driven professional with an ability to communicate to all levels (Executive leadership, Management, Sales Team). Strategic growth and forecast minded with the ability to work across various digital platforms.

The Sr. Sales Analyst will embody a critical function within a high-performance, fast-moving, and collaborative team. The role will encompass all aspects of running a successful sales organization, which includes GTM (Go-To-Market) planning, growth strategy, sales forecasting, business operations, and data evaluation.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • BA / BS in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, and/or service marketing in a related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and understand large | med | small projects and repeat business opportunities involving environmental services in the commercial and industrial verticals.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, customers, channel partners, and other employees of the organization
  • Quantitative analysis, Excel proficiencies
  • Self-starter attitude with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines

Lead Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and identify Sales trends by analyzing industry data, from both inside the company, as well as externally
  • Ability to work across various digital platforms to extract relevant data with the end goal of generating analytical reports to build sales strategies
  • Collect and examine relevant data to create intelligent reports.
  • Present report to the sales team, management and executive leadership group.
  • Compile and analyze harvested data to forecast trends at the individual business unit level, as well as globally
  • Communicate with management team regularly
  • Review past Sales data to determine productivity, forecast market trends, and assist in developing strategies to boost revenue
  • Preparation of accurate reports utilizing the data from internal and external sources
  • Evaluate third party data (such as leads or SIC codes) to determine best practices for company success
  • Present actionable information and insight to team and management
  • Gather and analyze data to understand Company existing challenges and assist to address them proactively
  • Gauging current buy rate within existing customer base. Examining what share of their business the Company holds.
  • Draft reports by market highlighting strengths/weaknesses of our competition
  • Predict trends and landscape of individual markets to allow us to adapt sales strategies proactively
