Sr. Executive Recruiter

The Ideal candidate will have 5 years agency experience working on direct hire requisitions for the industrial/commercial manufacturing and engineering industries. High visibility LinkedIn profile with advanced CIR proficiencies and excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • BS/BA degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 5 years of relevant recruiting experience required (agency or professional services experience)
  • Proven ability to communicate and establish relationships with all levels of management and employees
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Suite and Indeed Platforms, Google Calendar
  • Working knowledge of ATS and Database Platforms with CIR, Boolean Search processes
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft TEAMS, Zoom and Blue Jeans
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven collaborative skills with strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Lead Responsibilities
  • Manage a large manufacturing contract with requisitions for experienced hiring
  • Source, pre-screen and attract/close candidates for hiring opportunities
  • Build network of potential candidates through continuous market research and on-going relationship building
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, plan and execute sourcing strategy and interview process, and consult on recruiting process
  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics, virtual calls, and calendar invites, including candidate evaluations
  • Utilize social media and industry forums to attract new talent
  • Coach and mentor candidates for interview preparation
  • Ensure alignment to key company goals/initiatives
  • Collect and report activity and results to key clients
  • Lead team knowledge-sharing and skill-building activities
  • Design and implement new and creative ideas around talent acquisition, candidate experience, interview process and recruiting automation
  • Support other recruiting projects and initiatives as required
