Senior Sales Representative
The ideal candidate will be a trending or existing Top Sales Professional with proven success calling on commercial properties for contracting services (ie., products, cleaning, repair, maintenance) in the Southern California market.
We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative with Presidents Club level success selling products and services to commercial properties. This experience will push the envelope in generating company revenue with new and current clients in the Orange County market.
lead responsibilities
- Present and sell Commercial Plumbing maintenance and repair services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Provide proposal follow-up to new and existing customers
- Resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields; ideally in the service and repair industry
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
