Desired Skills and Experience

  • 4 years (B2B) CPG and/or Retail Product Sales Experience
  • An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency

Lead Responsibilities
  • Finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking, and cold calling
  • Promoting and selling products and services in order to grow sales and profitability
  • Contact and build quality customer relationships
  • Maintain up-to-date client information in order to drive sales and obtain information regarding a sales pipeline and determine their level of interest in either selling projects and/or portfolio in partnership Be Well Industries
  • In charge of penetrating the commercial mass, home improvement, wholesale grocers, dine-in & fast food, casino and entertainment industries, big-box stores, government type industry, hotels, airport/travel/leisure, gas stations, and other customers and clients.
  • Conduct all assigned due diligence
  • Develop, complete, and submit all required reports and documentation
  • Sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Execute and perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
  • Present sales materials to key executives and sales leaders
