We are seeking a Production Manager with 5+ yrs. of custom control panel and mounted wiring component experience along with a leadership and lean process improvement background.

- Either 5+yrs comparative experience or bachelor’s in electrical/mechanical engineering or related field of study
- MUST HAVE Custom Panel (Control Solutions) experience.
- Effective change management and process improvement champion

Lead Responsibilities
- Manage a team of highly functional technicians and panel operators
- Support lean process improvements while enhancing standard operating procedures.
- Drive efficiencies through goal accelerations, setup, production, performance and through put.
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
Compensation / Salary
- Competitive Salary in the $75k-$85K range
