The ideal candidate will have 5+ yrs. Business Development experience selling environmental services Nationally, preferably in the Abatement, Construction or Specialty Contractor verticals. Growth focused sales professional with a talent for engaging clients to WIN business.

- Bachelors Degree or High School Diploma / equivalent with industry experience.
- Travel: 25% up to 50%

Lead Responsibilities
- Identifying prospects and acquiring environmental service projects bids that align with the company’s focus.
- Assist in tracking CMD and other databases to identify opportunities.
- Use estimating spreadsheets and work with team for approval of bid amounts
- Verify Scope of Work in contracts
- Assist with any required submittals
- Assist in contract negotiation but not act as a company signor.=
- Assist in being a liaison between the operations team and customers to ensure successful project completion, good communication, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and build the company brand, to be consistent with other company offices, in all territories.
