Marketing Chief of Staff

The Ideal candidate will have 3+ years marketing experience at a prestigious consulting firm with a strong collegiate background. Well versed in the principles of marketing, data analytics, executive resolution, and strategy.

Serve as the “Chief of Staff” for the Company Marketing team. Be a thought partner and trusted advisor to the VP of Sales & Marketing to land the present and shape the future of the Marketing organization, drive critical patient acquisition efforts, ensure patient retention, and partner with health plans to drive new growth.

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum Qualifications (MQs)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting and/or sales strategy & operations at either large company (Fortune 500 or equivalent) or healthcare related company.
  • Have previously extensively worked with SalesForce dashboards and reporting
  • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, and track record of building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
  • Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in sales or marketing strategy in healthcare field
  • Experience with or understanding of acquisition marketing and sales
  • Experience working for healthcare companies or consulting firms.

Lead Responsibilities
  • Structure and drive operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, developing final recommendations and presenting to senior management and cross functional stakeholders
  • Have an ‘owners mentality’ for Salesforce infrastructure and reporting – identify key areas of improvement and execute them, own critical reporting and work with the data to flag opportunities or risks to the marketing business
  • Solve business challenges with a marketing and medical lens – scaling best practices across the organization where applicable
  • Help identify, develop, run and maintain any operational processes for the business including optimizing resource allocation across regions, measuring progress against sales goals, and facilitating weekly sales management meetings
  • Partner closely with health plans and other external partners to drive new patient acquisition, ensure patient retention, and fuel de novo growth
