IT ERP Analyst – Business Intelligence Leader

The Business Intelligence Leader will be highly motived and strategic minded with the ability to manage the timely delivery and global management of BI projects. The Business Intelligence Lead will be responsible for complying with company development standards, and a successful candidate will understand and utilize Project Management Methodologies (PMM) and Six Sigma rigor to meet deliverables. This position requires a strong understanding of Data Warehousing/BI concepts to drive overall BI direction and reporting/analytics systems convergence/simplification across the Finance Area.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • BA/BS
  • 6+ years experience with General IT Technologies
  • 3+ years BI Technologies
  • ERP systems is a plus
  • BIE – Oracle or similar is a plus
  • Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • APCIS (CPIM, CIRM) certification preferred
HIDDEN
Lead Skills for ERP Analyst
  • OBIEE version 11g and 12c (preferred)
  • Informatica versions 9.0.1 and above,
  • Oracle applications (Techno-Functional Knowledge)
  • Data warehousing Principles
  • Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply chain and other custom applications) – Implementation experience and techno-functional knowledge.
Individual Contributor Skills for ERP Analyst
  • Communication Skills: Someone with the ability to interact well with the users. Gather requirements, provide recommendations and training.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Have the ability to work with the IT Group and business group. Should have the skills to build interpersonal relationships and maintain a good rapport with the business users.
  • Work Ethic: Problem solver, Service mentality, customer obsession and good planning
  • Will work with the entire IT group as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements
  • Travel: 25%
  • Budget project management experience
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Manufacturing background is preferred
