Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Data Analytics
Currently seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Data Analytics for a great opportunity in WI. The ideal candidate will possess 6 years of experience in finance and accounting with a balance of experience in both Controllership and FP&A along with extensive Data Analytics experience. This individual will partner with the executive leadership team to provide key analyses and recommendations on both short term and long-term strategic initiatives, operational improvement projects, and other business priorities.
Ideally, the qualified candidate will have a combination of 50% Data Analytics (Acquisition’s and Extraction) and 50% Controllership and FP&A experience along with previous/existing manufacturing experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred
- 6 years of experience in finance and accounting with a balance of experience in both Controllership and FP&A
- 3 years of experience in data analytics – data mining, predictive and statistical modeling

Lead Responsibilities
- Collaborate with segment Finance leaders to consolidate, analyze, interpret and summarize monthly financial results and provide recommendations to CEO & CFO
- Create reporting tools to assist in analyzing financial information and disseminate to business
- Finance leaders
- Participate in company-wide processes related to the annual operating plan, long-range strategic plan, and other initiatives
- Provide key analyses and recommendations on strategic and other executive projects
- Develop and/or implement tools for data acquisition, extraction, transformation, management, and manipulation of large and complex data sets
- Explore, mine and experiment with data to answer critical business issues and provide recommendations
- Conceptualize, design and iteratively build data-driven analytical models
