Director of Engineering – New Product Development
The Director of Technology provides vision, strategy, and objectives to the Technology team and is responsible for working with and enabling technology to ensure their alignment throughout the business unit
Desired Skills and Experience
- BA/BS in Engineering (Advanced Degree are Preferred)
- Strong background in ECM Technology.
- Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in Durable Manufacturing
- 5 years in leadership role.

Lead Responsibilities
- Optimizes the talent within the organizational structure and fosters an environment to promote individual and team growth and career development goals.
- Direct the HVAC New Product Development Execution teams to deliver on the committed NPD programs for both an execution and sales to the Customer
- Provides hiring, promotion, and career development action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.
- Defines broad vision, strategy, and objectives to achieve the HVAC business and corporate goals
- Contributes to the development of the strategic technology plan in support of the Business Operating System.
- Identifies financial and human resources and tool requirements to achieve business/corporate goals.
- Establishes a culture of process compliance, approves local process improvements, and drives global process improvement.
