The (B2C) Digital Marketing Manager will have exceptional performance driven metrics skills with an ability to create lead generation and traffic to all locations through strategic marketing campaigns. The person in this position would be considered the Marketing expert for the Company. The person will be responsible for developing, managing, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns as well as providing strategic input on market research, competitive benchmarking and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have business to consumer (B2C) marketing experience preferably in the Retail and Service market.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience (Marketing and or Advertising).
  • Minimum five (5) years of related experience, preferably in business to consumer (B2C) marketing setting.
  • Familiarity, knowledge, experience and/or coordination of outside vendors to use marketing related tools including:
  • Web Design (edit and maintain a website)
  • Social media command to implement a social media campaigns and content generation as well as marketing campaigns
  • SEM and AD words based marketing strategy
  • Photography and Video (lighting set-up, backdrops, etc. and camera to take high-quality photos and videos of company products.
  • Photo Editing (computer software to edit and retouch photos, remove backgrounds, etc.).
  • Video Editing (create professional quality videos showcasing company products for use in web site, etc.).
  • Graphic Artistry (computer software to create professional looking graphics such as diagrams, logos, icons, etc.)
  • Graphic Design (create and edit brochures, letterheads, business cards, presentation templates, etc.) [Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDraw, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word].
  • Organizational and project management skills, detail oriented and strong proof reading and communication skills both written and verbal, together with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Action oriented, proactive in prioritizing own workload and communicating with others.
  • Computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Teamwork skills – must be at ease to interact with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse group of professionals.

  • Manages and executes all aspects of marketing campaigns through the entire product life cycle from new product introduction through product maturation, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement to support profitable growth.
  • Manages and executes the marketing and promotion of the business unit’s products and services.
  • Develops and implements marketing business plans and strategies to attain business objectives, and compiles metrics for management review to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manages digital marketing KPI’s and ROI performance metrics
  • Executes vision utilizing multiple media methods ensuring compatibility and accessibility to customer procurement and training needs.
  • Gathers and analyzes data on the organization’s existing and potential markets.
  • Leads and executes development of social media platform, running of marketing campaigns and analysis of project system databases to generate and funnel sales leads drive and achieve sales growth goals.
