Title: Regional Manager – Distribution Centers

Regional Manager
The ideal candidate will have 7+ YOE operations and sales leadership managing multi site locations, PNL responsibility and KPI tracking.
The Regional Manager will oversee multiple Distribution Centers across the Southeast — ensuring operational excellence, sales growth, and profitability across the region.
This role partners closely with the Regional Director and DC Managers to drive results through leadership, accountability, and customer focus. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of distribution operations with a proven record in sales strategy and multi-P&L management.
Lead responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple DCs to achieve performance, profitability, and growth objectives
- Oversee P&L for each DC, ensuring accurate financial management and consistent margins\
- Collaborate with Sales to identify regional growth opportunities and strengthen key customer relationships
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, service, and cost efficiency
- Coach and develop DC Managers to build disciplined, high-performing teams
- Ensure compliance, safety, and consistency across all operations

Desired Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or food manufacturing
- Proven sales experience with the ability to drive revenue and customer expansion
- Strong financial acumen and demonstrated success managing multiple P&Ls
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to identify and execute improvements
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Regional travel up to 40%
