Position Summary
Area Description
The Clinical Care Medical Center Marketing team supports the organization’s marketing efforts to drive new patient acquisition, ensure patient retention, and help drive growth in new clinics by partnering closely with health plans. The team also plays a critical role in cross-functional alignment with our data & analytics and medical operations organizations. This team fully embeds alongside the business, as true partners, working directly with the senior leadership and across the organization on a mixture of strategic and operational initiatives.Primary Responsibilities
- Structure and drive operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, developing final recommendations and presenting to senior management and cross functional stakeholders
- Have an ‘owners mentality’ for Salesforce infrastructure and reporting – identify key areas of improvement and execute them, own critical reporting and work with the data to flag opportunities or risks to the marketing business
- Solve business challenges with a marketing and medical lens - scaling best practices across the organization where applicable
- Help identify, develop, run and maintain any operational processes for the business including optimizing resource allocation across regions, measuring progress against sales goals, and facilitating weekly sales management meetings
- Partner closely with health plans and other external partners to drive new patient acquisition, ensure patient retention, and fuel de novo growth
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting and/or sales strategy & operations at either a healthcare related company or large company (Fortune 500 or equivalent). Alternatively, experience in a health plan working in marketing, with a focus on primary care and/or de novo growth.
- Have previously extensively worked with SalesForce dashboards and reporting
- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, and track record of building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in sales or marketing strategy in healthcare field
- Experience with or understanding of acquisition marketing and sales
- Experience working for healthcare companies or consulting firms.
