Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve annual bookings, revenue and margin targets for Americas region.
- Protect existing installed base and identify new business opportunities to grow recurring consumable and large capital systems/solutions business.
- Understand risk profile to negotiate terms and conditions and close high level complex deals ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Sales Talent: Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team, fostering a high performance and accountability-based culture.
- Key Account Management: Develop and manage all aspects of client relationship for key strategic accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate insights into sales strategies. Network with industry leaders, experts and consultants to gather and provide feedback on market trends and dynamics.
- Recommend target sectors after evaluating market & technology trends, competitive landscape, and product and service offering gaps.
Position Requirements
- Proven experience as a VP of Sales or in a similar leadership role for Americas region.
- Experience in commercial role related to separation technologies used in Water and Wastewater, Food and Beverage, Pharma and Industrial markets like automotive, pulp and paper, mining and Lithium is a strong plus.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Economic thinker with ability to internalize big picture company goals.
- Ability to travel more than 50% of time.
