Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and growth strategy for the region.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all branches meet or exceed sales, service, and profitability targets.
- Analyze regional P&L results and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Drive consistency in operational workflows and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Establish and maintain accountability across branch leadership teams through structured performance reviews and data analysis.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to strengthen competitive positioning.
- Lead regional business development activities, including client relationship management and new account acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams on budgeting, forecasting, and estimating to achieve divisional financial goals.
- Maintain oversight of all financial operations, including billing, payables, receivables, and purchasing.
- Support compliance with safety, insurance, and legal requirements across all branch operations.
- Represent the organization in relevant trade associations and professional groups to expand market visibility.
- Promote open communication and collaboration across all departments, reinforcing a culture of safety, service, and performance.
Position Requirements
- Proven experience leading multi-branch operations in exterior building services, construction, or related industries.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for building relationships at all organizational levels.
- Leadership skills in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving capabilities and a hands-on management style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with job costing or estimating software.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel up to 50%
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in exterior maintenance, construction, or related operational leadership roles.
- Contractor’s license or willingness to obtain one within six months of hire.
