Position Summary
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR business partner to plant and functional leaders on-site.
- Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning for hourly and salaried roles in a growing operation.
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution with fairness and consistency.
- Administer performance management, compensation, and total-rewards programs at the site.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Wisconsin employment law, as well as OSHA/safety requirements.
- Drive engagement, retention, and culture initiatives across the workforce.
- Partner on training, development, and leadership-capability building.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business-partner or generalist work in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong employee-relations judgment and working knowledge of employment law.
- Experience supporting hourly, plant-floor, and salaried populations.
- Track record in high-volume/industrial talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP a plus.
