Position Summary

The Project Manager manages projects for its timely implementation in an efficient manner.  The project manager shall oversee all aspects of projects and work with all individuals throughout the organization.   The project manager shall prepare reports for upper management regarding status of assigned projects after a routine review with all the stakeholders. The Project Manager will also be expected to improve the current project tracking process along with improved communication between sales and the customer.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the budget including the timeline of Projects with the milestone.
  • Secure Project resources and lead the stakeholders to realize the projects budgeted Quality, Cost and on time delivery objectives.
  • Check and validate Project Team Members’ activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones
  • Plan and realize the monthly an annual project revenue target
  • Improve and manage Project Tracker updates
  • Communicate with sales staff regarding project requirements, delivery schedule, or budget and any changes or delays that may occur.
  • Track progress of all assigned projects and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Manage communication from Operations to Sales and eventually to the customer.
  • Other Duties:
    • Weekly written reports to management on open project status and completed project performance.
Manage communication with Customers on Project development progress
  • Keep client(s) updated on Project progress.
  • Prepare/validate reports on Project development progress to Company Leadership and to all Governance stages when required
  • Manage customer relationship (local and central) and coordinate communication within the team but also with other projects associated
  • Ensure management of Escalation if any

Position Requirements

  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Other Bachelor’s degree with appropriate experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ERP use and function.
  • Financial literacy as it relates to project management and manufacturing.
  • Experience with project management software (MS Project, Monday.Com, JIRA, etc)
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven to manage the functional organization
  • Requires strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • Ability to influence and motivate teams and individuals to achieve goals
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, customers, channel partners, and other employees of the organization.
