Position Summary
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the primary commercial interface to the world's largest buyers of compute power, owning the full sales cycle from first technical discussion through multi-year, multi-million-dollar framework agreements.
- Rapidly build and leverage a personal network within NVIDIA, AMD, Broadcom, Intel, the hyperscalers, and their ODM/EMS partners. Candidates with existing warm introductions and a verifiable book of business in this exact customer set will be prioritized.
- Translate complex data-center power-architecture challenges (48V-to-point-of-load, liquid-cooling integration, rack-density roadmaps, energy-efficiency mandates, etc.) into compelling value propositions for our advanced power-conversion and electrification platforms.
- Partner with application engineering and product management to influence product roadmaps and secure early-stage design wins.
- Represent the company at key industry events (OCP Summit, Data Center Dynamics, NVIDIA GTC, Supercomputing, etc.) while maintaining thought-leadership visibility.
- Deliver aggressive quarterly and annual revenue targets while building a multi-year qualified pipeline to support 100%+ YoY growth in the data-center vertical.
Position Requirements
- Technically conversant and able to credibly discuss power-electronics topologies, SiC/GaN devices, 48V distribution, and immersion/liquid-cooling power requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Non-engineering candidates with deep technical fluency will be considered.
- 10+ years of direct sales or business-development experience selling power electronics, thermal systems, rack-scale hardware, or related high-value products into data centers or semiconductor OEMs.
- Existing relationships and a transferable book of business at NVIDIA, AMD, and/or major hyperscalers is strongly preferred.
- A true "hunter" with a documented history of breaking into new strategic accounts and exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to convert engineers into champions and executives into long-term partners.
- Self-directed, remote-work capable, and highly collaborative across functional teams.
- Willing and able to travel extensively.
- Travel: 40–50% (domestic and occasional international).
