Position Summary
Primary Responsibilities
- Own and execute the private equity value creation plan with full P&L responsibility
- Define and lead the company’s strategic vision across robotics, automation, and advanced manufacturing markets
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing executive leadership team aligned to aggressive growth objectives
- Drive revenue growth through commercial strategy, pricing discipline, channel expansion, and key customer development
- Scale operations, manufacturing footprint, and supply chain to support growth while improving margin and cash flow
- Lead M&A strategy, including tuck-in acquisitions, integration, and synergy realization as applicable
- Establish operational excellence, KPI discipline, and data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Partner closely with the Private Equity Managing Director and Board on strategy, capital allocation, and exit readiness
- Prepare the organization for exit, including operational maturity, leadership depth, reporting cadence, and equity story development
Travel:
- Willingness to travel as required to support operations, customers, and investor engagement
Position Requirements
- Prior CEO, President, or GM experience within robotics, industrial automation, advanced manufacturing, or technology-enabled manufacturing
- Proven success operating in a private equity-backed environment, including scaling revenue, improving EBITDA, and executing value creation plans
- Demonstrated experience leading organizations through growth and exit within a defined investment horizon
- Strong operational and financial acumen with the ability to balance growth, margin, and cash generation
- Experience building teams, systems, and infrastructure from earlier-stage or carve-out environments
- Ability to engage credibly with customers, investors, board members, and senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
- Background in robotics, automation platforms, mechatronics, software-enabled manufacturing, or smart factory technologies
- Experience integrating acquisitions or scaling through both organic and inorganic growth
- Prior exposure to global manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and international expansion
